Annual board meeting

Hi all,

Thanks to the reminder from Gary, it's time for our annual 'April' board
meeting. :)

Just wondering what times/days are best for people before I officially call
a meeting date.  It'll probably need to be in at least 2 weeks time for me
to be available.

The main point of address will most likely be the elections of the board
but if anyone has any agenda items they'd like to discuss, that would be
good to know ahead of time too.
