Sorry about that, I forgot to actually send the message.  I'll propose
2019-06-11 at 0000 UTC.  That translates to 8 PM EDT and 7 PM CDT in the
US.  I'm hoping that gives Ethan enough time to get what he needs ready to
present at the meeting.
