jabber client for audio/video chat

Hi,
Maybe you should look into the telepathy framework and empathy. I'm not sure if empathy supports audio/video chat, but I 
know that telepathy does (empathy is a client using the telepathy framework). Jabber's connection manager is 
telepathy-gabble.

Other than that, I don't know.
