Board Meeting

Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend the board meeting tomorrow,
as I'm currently on a family vacation in Costa Rica. Sorry I didn't
notice until just now.

I'd like to postpone it by one week, if possible. Otherwise, Mark can
feel free to run it. Hope to talk to you next week.
