Vote to close credit card processing accounts.

Oh, sorry, we are all closed out on these, as of last week. There's a
chance we may get one more bill from Authorize.net on July 1st (I
don't think we will, though -- it sounds like we'd only get billed for
payment fees that get batched up during the month).
