Potential Board Meeting Dates/Times

I apologize, I had meant to send a message out last weekend and got
distracted.  It looks like I won't be able to do July 2.  If everyone
else is still able, I'd like to set July 9 as the date for the
meeting.  Given that I'm proposing 9 PM US Eastern for this meeting,
it will be July 10 for our board members outside the US.  Here is a
