Sean Egan spake unto us the following wisdom:

I approve the opening of a credit card processing account with
Pinnacle Processing Group.

> Incidental Expenses Proposal

>
> Abstract

> Orders and resolutions of the board often result in incidental

>
> Proposal
>
> The board shall authorize incidental expenses not to exceed $20 to be

I approve of the general authorization of purchase of supplies and the
general authorization of financial fees as stated above, which is
amended from Sean's original proposal.

> Adium Proposal

> corporation as needed for the following reasons (and others):
> - Instant Messaging Freedom, Inc. will be able to raise funds for

I approve of the invitation of Adium to particpate in Instant
Messaging Freedom, Inc.
