Yahoo Mesenger SDK now available

Hello,

Apparently the YM SDK is now available (for now in Asia, but soon in the rest of 
the world):

It says that it supports all key YM features:
"The SDK contains all the key Yahoo! Messenger features that you’ve come  to 
expect, including real-time presence, contact-list management,  instant 
messaging, file transfers, and user-image management."

Can this be used in Pidgin/libpurple to make file transfer work reliably for the 
Yahoo protocol (and maybe add a few other features)?
